state crown
Monarch's ceremonial diadem
A state crown is a crown worn by a monarch for official ceremonies and state occasions, as distinct from a coronation crown used only for the crowning ritual itself.
The British Imperial State Crown, worn for the State Opening of Parliament, is the most famous example.
State crowns are typically lighter and more practical for extended wear than the heavier coronation regalia.
