speed runs
Fastest possible completions
Speed runs are attempts to complete a video game or game segment as fast as possible.
The practice has evolved from casual competition into a serious hobby with standardized categories, recorded times, and online leaderboards.
Players exploit glitches, optimize routes, and master precise inputs: His speed run of the original Mario broke the world record.
Also spelled as one word: speedruns.
