smartarse
Annoying know-it-all type
A smartarse is someone who displays knowledge or wit in an irritating, show-off manner—answering questions no one asked, correcting minor errors, or making clever remarks at others' expense.
Chiefly British and Australian; the American equivalent is smartass.
Don't be such a smartarse.
The term is mildly vulgar but more dismissive than deeply offensive.
