Sleepies is informal for the feeling of drowsiness or readiness for sleep, often used affectionately or playfully: I've got the sleepies, The sleepies are hitting hard.
It can also refer to the crusty residue that forms in the corners of eyes during sleep: She rubbed the sleepies from her eyes.
