site plans
Building location drawings
Site plans are scaled drawings showing the layout of a building or development on its property.
They depict structures, boundaries, setbacks, parking areas, landscaping, and utilities from an overhead view.
Architects, builders, and local planning departments use site plans for design coordination and permit approval: The city required a site plan before issuing the building permit.
