A shit disturber is someone who deliberately stirs up trouble, controversy, or conflict—often by raising uncomfortable topics or challenging the status quo.
The term can be derogatory, suggesting someone who creates problems for their own amusement, or admiring, describing someone willing to upset complacency: Every organization needs at least one shit disturber.
