second guessers
After-the-fact skeptics
Second guessers are people who question decisions after they've been made, often with the benefit of hindsight.
The term typically carries a negative connotation—second guessers criticize from the sidelines without having faced the original pressure: The second guessers came out in force after the coach's play failed.
Someone might also second-guess their own choices, replaying what they could have done differently.
