wafflers
Can't decide types
Wafflers are people who can't commit to a position or decision.
The term comes from waffle in its sense of hedging or equivocating—going back and forth without settling on anything definite.
Politicians are often accused of being wafflers when they shift stances or avoid direct answers: The voters were tired of wafflers who wouldn't take a clear stand on anything.
