ditherers
Never quite deciding
Ditherers are people who hesitate or vacillate, unable to commit to a decision or course of action.
The word carries mild contempt—ditherers waste time with their indecisiveness while others wait: The ditherers in Congress delayed the vote for weeks.
Stop being such ditherers and pick a restaurant.
