screw off

Get out now

Screw off has two main uses.

As a phrasal verb, it means to remove something by twisting: Screw off the bottle cap.

More commonly, it's a rude dismissal telling someone to go away or stop bothering you—a milder alternative to "fuck off": Why don't you just screw off?

To screw off also means to waste time or avoid work: He spent the afternoon screwing off instead of finishing the report.
