screen crack
Shattered phone face
A screen crack is a fracture in the glass or display surface of an electronic device—typically a smartphone, tablet, or laptop.
Screen cracks range from hairline fractures that barely affect function to spiderweb patterns that render the display unusable: I dropped my phone and now there's a screen crack across the whole thing.
The term also applies to similar damage on car windshields or television screens.
