rooftop landing
Helicopter pad arrival
A rooftop landing is the act of setting down an aircraft, typically a helicopter, on top of a building.
Hospitals, corporate towers, and luxury hotels often have designated rooftop landing pads for emergency transport or executive travel: The medevac made a rooftop landing at the trauma center.
In action films, rooftop landings frequently appear in chase or rescue sequences.
