ring girl
Card-carrying boxing assistant
A ring girl is a woman who walks around a boxing or MMA ring between rounds, holding up a numbered card to indicate which round is coming next.
The role is traditionally decorative—ring girls wear revealing outfits and are selected for physical attractiveness.
The ring girl held up the card for round five.
