Sent back again
Resubmissions are things submitted again after being returned, rejected, or withdrawn.
The term appears most often in academic and bureaucratic contexts: manuscripts resubmitted to journals after revision, insurance claims sent back for correction, applications filed again after denial.
The journal allows resubmissions within six months of the original decision.
