repudiator
One who disclaims
A repudiator is someone who repudiates—who rejects, disowns, or refuses to accept something.
The term appears most often in legal contexts, where a repudiator is a party who refuses to fulfill contractual obligations: The court found the seller to be the repudiator when she refused to deliver the goods.
Outside law, it describes anyone who publicly disavows beliefs, affiliations, or responsibilities.
