reliving
Experiencing once more
Reliving is experiencing something again, especially in memory or imagination.
You relive a moment by mentally returning to it with vivid intensity: I keep reliving that conversation, wishing I'd said something different.
The word often appears with traumatic or emotionally charged events—victims relive attacks, athletes relive victories.
To relive something is more immersive than merely remembering it.
