re-up

Extend one's commitment

Re-up means to reenlist or extend a commitment, originally military slang for signing up for another term of service: He re-upped for four more years.

The term has spread to any renewal—subscriptions, contracts, supplies: Time to re-up my gym membership, I need to re-up on coffee beans.

In drug contexts, to re-up is to resupply one's stash.
