ratfinks
Lowlife tattletale types
Ratfinks is the plural of ratfink, slang for a contemptible person—especially an informer or snitch.
The word combines rat (traitor) with fink (another term for informer), doubling the betrayal: Those ratfinks told the boss we were leaving early.
The term peaked in mid-20th-century American slang but remains understood.
