The queen of spades is a playing card—the queen in the spade suit.
In the card game Hearts, it's the highest-penalty card, worth thirteen points and nicknamed "the black lady" or "calamity Jane." In certain sexual subcultures, a queen of spades tattoo or symbol indicates a white woman who prefers Black male partners.
