standard deck
Poker player's equipment
A standard deck is the familiar 52-card playing card set used for poker, bridge, blackjack, and countless other games.
It contains four suits—spades, hearts, diamonds, clubs—each with thirteen cards: ace through ten plus jack, queen, and king.
Most physical decks include jokers, but these aren't considered part of the standard deck unless a game specifically uses them.
