pureness

Total absence of contamination

Pureness is the quality of being pure—free from contamination, mixture, or moral corruption.

The word overlaps almost entirely with purity but sounds slightly more old-fashioned or emphatic: the pureness of her intentions, the pureness of the mountain air.

Purity is far more common in modern usage.
