prebake
Heat crust first
To prebake is to bake something partially or completely before its final preparation.
A pie crust might be prebaked before adding filling to prevent sogginess: Prebake the crust for ten minutes before adding the custard.
The term also applies to commercial products sold already baked: prebaked bread rolls.
