posthumous work
After-death publication
A posthumous work is a creative work published or released after its creator's death.
The term applies to books, albums, films, or artworks that appear only after the author, artist, or composer has died—whether completed during their lifetime or assembled from unfinished materials: His posthumous work revealed a darker sensibility than his published novels.
