outdoor installations
Outside permanent structures
Outdoor installations are artworks or structures designed for display in exterior spaces—parks, plazas, gardens, or urban environments.
The term usually refers to large-scale pieces that interact with their surroundings: sculptures, light displays, or site-specific works that incorporate landscape elements.
The museum's outdoor installations draw visitors year-round.
Unlike indoor gallery pieces, these works must withstand weather and often invite public interaction.
