orientation leaders
New student mentors
Orientation leaders are students or staff members who guide newcomers through the process of adjusting to a new institution, typically a college or university.
They lead campus tours, facilitate icebreaker activities, answer questions, and help incoming students navigate registration, housing, and social life during orientation week: The orientation leaders welcomed us at the dorms.
