old girls
Former female students
Old girls is chiefly British for alumnae of a school, particularly a private or boarding school: The old girls gathered for their annual reunion.
The term parallels "old boys" for male graduates.
It can also refer affectionately to older women, sometimes patronizingly: The old girls at the nursing home played cards every afternoon.
