oak pollen
Springtime allergy culprit
Oak pollen is the fine powdery substance produced by oak trees for reproduction, released in massive quantities during spring.
It's a major seasonal allergen, coating cars and outdoor surfaces with a visible yellow-green dust: Oak pollen season hit early this year.
My allergies go crazy when the oak pollen count is high.
