noninflected
Without grammatical modification
Noninflected describes a word form that doesn't change to show grammatical features like tense, number, or case.
English is relatively noninflected compared to languages like Latin or Russian—we say three dog in compounds rather than marking plurality on both words.
Some English words are completely noninflected: sheep stays sheep whether singular or plural.
