Grounded traveler registry
A no fly list is a government-maintained roster of individuals prohibited from boarding commercial aircraft, typically due to suspected ties to terrorism or other security concerns.
Being on the list means airlines will deny you passage.
The term has expanded colloquially to describe any personal or informal blacklist: After that disaster of a date, he's on my no fly list.
