Lip edge pencil
Lipliner is a cosmetic pencil used to outline the lips before applying lipstick.
It defines the lip shape, prevents color from bleeding into fine lines around the mouth, and can make lips appear fuller or more symmetrical.
Some people fill in their entire lips with lipliner as a base or wear it alone for a matte look: I always use lipliner to keep my lipstick from feathering.
