lip movement
Speechreading visual cues
Lip movement is the motion of the lips during speech, singing, or other oral activity.
The term appears most often in contexts involving synchronization—whether a dubbed film matches the actors' lip movements, or whether a performer's lip movements convincingly sync with recorded audio: The lip movements were slightly off from the dialogue.
