letting agent
Rental property broker
A letting agent is a British term for a property manager who handles rental properties on behalf of landlords.
They find tenants, collect rent, arrange repairs, and manage the day-to-day relationship between owner and renter.
The American equivalent is a rental agent or property management company.
We complained to the letting agent about the broken boiler.
