last will
Heir distribution instructions
A last will, or last will and testament, is a legal document specifying how a person's property and affairs should be handled after death.
The "last" distinguishes it from any previous versions—only the most recent valid will governs: She changed her last will to exclude her estranged son.
Often shortened to simply "will."
