Names marked dead
A kill list is a roster of people targeted for assassination, typically maintained by governments, military forces, or criminal organizations.
The term gained prominence in discussions of counterterrorism drone strikes: His name appeared on the CIA's kill list.
More loosely, any list of people or things slated for elimination: The budget committee has a kill list of programs to cut.
