Hypersensitized describes something made more than usually sensitive to a stimulus.
In photography, film can be hypersensitized to light through chemical or thermal treatment, allowing it to capture faint objects like distant stars.
More broadly, a person or system that has been hypersensitized reacts strongly to things that wouldn't normally provoke a response: Years of criticism had left her hypersensitized to any feedback.
