hotel gym

A hotel gym is the small fitness facility found in most hotels, typically featuring a few treadmills, an elliptical, some free weights, and not much else.

The term often carries a note of disappointment or lowered expectations: I tried to get a workout in at the hotel gym, but there was one broken treadmill and a set of 15-pound dumbbells.
