Heated therapeutic wraps
Hot packs are compresses or wraps designed to deliver heat to the body for therapeutic purposes—relieving muscle pain, reducing stiffness, or warming cold limbs.
They may be microwavable pouches filled with gel or grain, or chemical packs that heat when activated.
The opposite of cold packs or ice packs.
Apply a hot pack to your lower back for fifteen minutes.
