hell-raisers

Wild party animals

Hell-raisers are people who cause trouble or commotion, especially through wild, rowdy, or rebellious behavior.

The term can be affectionate or admiring—someone who stirs things up, refuses to be docile, or parties hard: In his twenties he was a hell-raiser, but he's settled down now.

It can also describe agitators who challenge authority or convention.
