head strap
Forehead securing band
A head strap is a band worn around the head to secure something in place—goggles, a headlamp, a virtual reality headset, or medical equipment like a CPAP mask.
The strap typically adjusts for fit and keeps the attached device stable during movement: The head strap on my VR headset keeps slipping.
