head net
Insect barrier veil
A head net is a mesh covering worn over the head and face to protect against insects, especially mosquitoes, black flies, and other biting pests.
Typically made of fine netting attached to a hat brim or drawstring, head nets are essential gear for hiking, camping, or working in bug-infested areas: The mosquitoes were so thick I couldn't take off my head net.
