group booking
Party travel arrangement
A group booking is a reservation made for multiple people traveling or attending together, typically at a discounted rate.
Hotels, airlines, restaurants, and event venues offer group bookings for parties above a certain size: We made a group booking for the conference attendees.
The threshold varies—some venues require as few as six people, others fifteen or more.
