green tree frogs
Lime-colored climbers
Green tree frogs are small, bright green frogs native to the southeastern United States and Australia (different species share the common name).
They have smooth skin, adhesive toe pads for climbing, and a distinctive light stripe along the jaw.
Popular as pets due to their docile nature and manageable size: We keep a green tree frog in a terrarium.
