Slicked-back hair types
Greaseball is a slur for a person of Mediterranean or Latin descent—especially Italians, Greeks, or Hispanics—stereotyping them as having oily hair or skin.
The term is offensive and dated, more common in mid-20th-century American speech: The neighborhood kids called him a greaseball.
It can also mean any slick, untrustworthy person.
