gobby
Talks too much
Gobby is British slang for mouthy or loudmouthed—talking too much, too loudly, or too rudely: She got a bit gobby after a few drinks.
The word comes from gob, slang for mouth.
Someone gobby doesn't know when to shut up and often says things better left unsaid.
