gameable
Open to exploitation
Gameable describes a system, rule, or situation that can be manipulated to one's advantage, often in ways the designers didn't intend.
A gameable tax code has loopholes people exploit.
Gameable metrics invite people to optimize for the measure rather than the underlying goal: Any ranking system becomes gameable once people figure out the algorithm.
The word carries a note of criticism—if something is gameable, it's probably flawed.
