fuzzy-wuzzy
Cuddly and plush
Fuzzy-wuzzy is a dated and offensive British slang term for a Black person, originally applied to Sudanese warriors in the 19th century, referring to their hair texture.
The term appears in Kipling's poem of the same name.
Outside this historical context, fuzzy-wuzzy survives innocuously in the children's rhyme Fuzzy Wuzzy was a bear and as playful reduplication describing anything soft or furry: a fuzzy-wuzzy caterpillar.
