All-out emergency response
Full code is a medical directive indicating that all resuscitation measures should be attempted if a patient's heart stops or they stop breathing—CPR, defibrillation, intubation, whatever it takes.
It's the default status for hospitalized patients unless they've specified otherwise.
The opposite is DNR (do not resuscitate).
The patient is full code, so we'll do everything we can.
