fight choreography
Scripted action sequences
Fight choreography is the art of designing and staging combat sequences for film, television, theater, or other performances.
The choreographer plans each punch, kick, and weapon strike so the action looks convincing while keeping performers safe.
Like dance choreography, it requires precise timing and rehearsal: The fight choreography in that scene took three days to shoot.
