eyerolling
Exasperated orbital gesture
Eyerolling is the act of rotating the eyes upward or to the side, typically expressing exasperation, disbelief, or contempt.
It's the physical manifestation of *here we go again* or *can you believe this?* The gesture can be subtle or theatrical: The eyerolling from the back row was impossible to miss.
As an adjective, it describes something that provokes such a response: another eyerolling excuse.
