e-inclusion
Online access equality
E-inclusion is the effort to ensure all people can access and benefit from digital technologies, regardless of age, disability, income, or location.
The term addresses the gap between those who can participate in the digital world and those excluded from it: The library's e-inclusion programs help seniors learn to use smartphones.
